Sarah is a counselling intern who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and those in the education field.
Sarah aims to provide an empathic, non-judgmental, and safe space where individuals are valued and respected. She approaches counselling through a strengths based, client-centered, and solution focused lens while incorporating mindfulness and collaboration.
Sarah is in the final year of her Master of Education in Counselling through City University of Seattle. She has a BA in Psychology and a B.Ed in Education. Sarah has been an elementary school teacher for 10 years.
